Questions Before You Book?
-
We start by listening. Dr. Jenny will ask about what's going on, examine you thoroughly, and understand your goals. From there, you'll leave with a clear plan built specifically for you, not a generic treatment schedule.
-
We're primarily a cash-based practice, which keeps your care simple and affordable. We now accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, with more providers coming soon. Call us and we'll check your plan or ask about our affordable rates.
-
It depends on what feels best for your body. Some patients prefer acupuncture first to relax before an adjustment; others prefer chiropractic first so the adjustment doesn't interrupt post-acupuncture relaxation. There's no single right answer and I will help you find what works for you.
-
Back and neck pain are common reasons people come in, but chiropractic care can also help with headaches, sciatica, joint pain, poor posture, and general stiffness. If you're dealing with pain or limited movement, a thorough exam can help determine if we're a good fit.
-
Acupuncture is often used for pain relief, but it can support your body in a lot of ways beyond that. Many patients come in for headaches and migraines, neck and back pain, joint pain, or muscle tension. Others use it to help manage stress, improve sleep, or support overall wellness, including during pregnancy. If you're curious whether acupuncture is a good fit for what you're dealing with, give us a call and we can talk it through.
-
Yes. Dr. Jenny is certified in the Webster Technique, a gentle approach designed to support your body through pregnancy and help prepare it for delivery. Many women don't realize pregnancy discomfort isn't something they just have to live with.
-
Not for us. Some insurance companies require referrals. If you have a concern, please call and I can walk you through it.
